How to participate as a speaker

1
Step 1. Professional Review of Artistic Practice
Prospective guest experts submit a brief professional overview, including:
-
a portfolio of original watercolor works,
-
a short artistic biography,
-
links to professional exhibitions, publications, or teaching activity (if applicable).
All submissions are reviewed to ensure alignment with the professional and conceptual standards of the projects.
2
Step 2. Curatorial Evaluation and Selection
Submitted materials undergo qualitative expert evaluation conducted under the direction of Ms. Zaznova, Founder and Strategic Director of Pro Akvarel and About Watercolour.
Selection is based on:
-
artistic quality and originality,
-
relevance to contemporary watercolor discourse,
-
professional experience and independent standing in the field.
Only artists whose work meets the projects’ established curatorial and educational criteria are invited to participate.

Step 3. Invitation and Program Integration
Selected experts receive a formal invitation to participate as guest speakers or contributors.
Ms. Zaznova:
-
determines the thematic framework of each educational cycle,
-
integrates selected experts into the structured educational program,
-
defines the format, scope, and professional context of each contribution.
Participation is granted by invitation only and reflects the expert’s alignment with the projects’ educational methodology and professional standards.
